Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your shoes. If something is not right, you can ask for an exchange or return as described below.
When you can return or exchange
- Within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The shoes are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.
- You received the wrong size, wrong item or a damaged or defective pair.
How to request
- Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the shoes.
- We will confirm your request and tell you how to send the shoes back.
- Once we receive and check them, we send the exchange pair or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or mobile wallet (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash).
Shipping costs
If the mistake is ours (wrong or defective item), we pay the return shipping. For size changes or change of mind, the customer pays the return shipping.
